George Spady Centre Society

The George Spady Centre is actually a detoxification centre. It helps people recover from alcohol and/or drug addiction. The service it gives is a non-medical detox program which 21 people can follow at the same time (17 men and 4 women). But George Spady Centre gives a special service out of the ordinary. It provides an overnight shelter for people who are struggling with alcohol or drug addiction. This part of the building can welcome 60 people at the same time. When the addict has gone through the detoxification program, they can go to transitional house provided by the organization, it has 5 beds.
