Withdrawal symptoms happen when an individual who is addicted to smoke, alcohol or drugs, stop taking these substances. A lot of youngsters get into the habit of smoking and drugs and carry on that lifestyle throughout their adulthood.

With strong withdrawal symptoms many smokers opt for an alternative of taking pills or other medications. But the best way to stop or reduce the addiction is to gain control of oneself. Many try to quit smoking at an early age on their own and so the withdrawal symptoms are not as bad.

Even if a person is able to get out of these addictions there is a very high risk of the person getting back into it. This is due to the physical and psychological impact. The best way for the drug addict is to get into a drug rehab.
