Hope Mission’s Wellspring Recovery Program is a long-term, faith-based residential recovery program for women in Edmonton, Alberta. Offered by one of Alberta’s oldest and most established Christian social care agencies, Wellspring provides a safe, structured environment where women can address the deepest roots of addiction and begin rebuilding their lives.
A One-Year Program Focused on Healing and Stability
The Wellspring program spans approximately one year, enabling women to move beyond immediate crises into deeper personal transformation. The extended residential format provides consistency and continuity, allowing participants to engage with recovery as a lived experience.
Recovery Shaped by Community, Faith, and Practical Growth
Daily life in the Wellspring program blends spiritual grounding with practical life-skills development and peer support. Participants receive personalized guidance and work through structured activities that promote healing from trauma, stronger coping strategies, and practical goal setting. Staff walk alongside participants with compassion, creating a supportive atmosphere where women can process their past, build resilience, and envision a healthier future.
A Supportive Environment for Women Rebuilding Beyond Addiction
Wellspring is well suited to women who seek more than short-term stabilization, those who benefit from an extended residential setting that integrates faith, community, and personal accountability. By encouraging shared experience, emotional growth, and intentional change, the program supports women in moving toward independence, stability, and long-term wellness.
