Horizon House provides sober housing services to individuals that have been released by the National Parole Board. This program aims to help the clients re-integrate into society as productive and healthy members. This program provides transit, library, and religious support as general services. They also provide substance abuse recovery during the stay of the client; it is given through individual counseling sessions. Clients are also given education support that can help them get a better position vocationally. Other services such as cultural programs that provide recreation activities and seminars are also available during the stay of the client.
