Provides mental health and addiction prevention and support services. Services include screening and assessment, information and referral, treatment follow-up, drop-in support groups, community prevention, and celebrating sobriety events. Workshops, groups, and educational classes are offered on a variety of topics, including parenting, substance use, life skills, anger management, and domestic violence. Works in collaboration with counsellors to help individuals reach their highest level of functioning. Priority is given to KDC health transfer members living on reserve, but also serves KDC members living off reserve.
