Namgis First Nation – Substance Abuse Treatment Centre

Substance Abuse Treatment Centre under Namgis First Nation offers a number of substance abuse and recovery services. They offer to counsel First Nation clients in the community that need care and support to become sober and healthy. Their addiction treatment is given after the assessment of the client, which will determine the amount of care needed by the client to properly recover. They also provide treatment to the local community members through a comprehensive community care program; it includes counselling for addiction as well as short term living services. Other services may be included in accordance with the client’s needs after assessment.
