A Residential Recovery Program Integrated With Daily Life
The Men’s Addiction Recovery Program at Union Gospel Mission places up to around 26 men in a supervised residential setting where they live and work together with staff and peers while addressing alcohol, drug, gambling, and other life-controlling behaviours through a long-term pathway. Programming is built around Biblically-based teaching, spiritual guidance, peer support, group activities and routine responsibilities that help participants build healthier patterns and accountability.

Within this live-in environment, residents engage in daily recovery-oriented activities that combine spiritual development, community support, and practical life-skills building. The mission emphasizes personal transformation grounded in Christian faith alongside guidance from chaplains, counsellors, and mentors who walk alongside men as they progress through the program.
