Victoria Native Friendship Centre - Outpatient Addiction Services

Victoria Native Friendship Centre provides various behavioural health recovery and treatment services that can help the Aboriginal people with addiction a familial issue. These services also offer addiction treatment to individuals that have been assessed with mild drug dependency issues. They offer addiction treatment through outpatient counselling, which uses individual and group counselling sessions to guide the client in their journey towards recovery. The group counselling sessions are also used to provide various other recovery services such as relapse prevention and support sessions, both of which aim to reduce the risk of relapse in the client.
