Who Answers

Our phone line is staffed by knowledgeable rehab specialists ready to assist you. From 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and all day Sunday, a specialist from DRS will answer your calls. Outside these hours, your calls will be handled by a rehab specialist from “Together We Can,” a treatment facility in BC, ensuring you receive support whenever you need it.

House of Sophrosyne provides substance use treatment for women and their families. After examining the website, we found that the program takes female clients for five weeks at a time. The residential program uses a holistic approach and is available to clients 16 years and older. There are publicly funded beds and privately funded beds.

Ka-Na-Chit-Hih Specialized Solvent Abuse Treatment Center is a substance use treatment program. After examining the website, we found it offers culturally focussed polysubstance working with First Nation individuals. It helps clients ages 18 to 29. It accepts men and women. The program lasts 12 weeks. The intake form is found on the website.

Ken Brown Recovery Home is a residential addiction treatment program. After reviewing the website, we found it is a supportive place for men focussing on long-term recovery. It is a 90-day program providing different treatment methodologies and supportive housing. Applicants must be 16 and older and commit to a 90-day program.

After examining the website, we found that it provides treatment to adult men who are returning to the community as a part of their release process. They operate a general treatment philosophy based on the social learning model. Supervised Apartments are also available after completing the program.
